P/T Facilities Maintenance Technician

This team member will be responsible for maintenance, repairs and renovation to facilities and property as assigned. Implement and oversee preventative maintenance to building equipment and infrastructure. Must demonstrate basic knowledge & skills for repairs including: electricity, plumbing, painting, drywall, heating/air conditioning, installation of flooring and carpentry. Must have computer skills to complete electronic paperwork and record keeping.

 Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma/ Preference given to candidate with an Associates Degree or Vocational School Training in construction/building repairs
  • 5+ years of related work experience in the building maintenance trade and supervisory skills
  • Ability to pass DCFS and criminal back-ground checks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid Driver's License, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
