About the Job
Salary :
- Starting at $50,000.00
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date Counseling Program Manual. Ensure that policies and procedures are being implemented correctly.
- Bring grant opportunities to the attention of the Clinical Director Develop and maintain positive relationship with local United Way and other funding sources.
- Participate in the initial orientation and training of new therapists to the Counseling Program per relevant Program policies and procedures.
- Direct office therapists in intake and assignment of new cases. Review documentation in electronic record, assessments/treatment plans and clinical reports.
- Ensure that therapists achieve productivity expectations.
- Attend in-services and counseling meetings.
- Provide a minimum of one hour of individual supervision per week to each office therapist.
- Meet for a minimum of three hours per month clinical supervision with Clinical Director. Prepare for session as directed by supervisor and recording whenever possible.
- Participate in evaluation land self-evaluation per Program policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional relationships with other CYFS programs and external community agencies and organizations for appropriate referral and effective case planning.
- Provide direct service to clients in proportion to the number of therapists supervised.. Follow policies and procedures for marital/family therapist when performing direct casework
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (Required)
- Supervised Clinical Experience (Preferred)
- Completion of DCFS criminal background check (Required)
- Must be 21 years of age, obtain an insured vehicle, clean driving record, and three years driving record with a valid driver's license
